The location was ideal, SUPERB breakfast and lovely staff. The double room we were given had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Eastbourne City Centre district certainly deserves to be visited.

Sadly, but there was bad smell.

It was worth its 3 stars. Exceptional views, lovely breakfast. En suite bathroom with all essentials. Eastbourne City Centre district deserves to be explored.

The hotel is housed in a historic building so close to eastbourne pier. Spotless unit. Take a look at Eastbourne City Centre neighbourhood, it's worth it.
